2012 REGISTRATION FEES - FOOTBALL & CHEER
EARLY REGISTRATION: $225 -- THE BEST VALUE!!!
Register and pay by June 30, 2012. Pay with a credit card online or by check (payment must be postmarked by 6/30/2012) on or before June 30, 2012 to receive the discount.
This discount is only available from March 1st through June 30th. NOTE: The discount is applied during checkout.
AFTER JUNE 30, 2012: $275
Any payment made by check or credit card AFTER June 30, 2012.
FAMILY DISCOUNT: Families will pay no more than $575.00 in base registration fees.

HYFA augments the registration fees with fundraising to help offset costs. Details are listed on our Fundraising Page.

Parents will need to provide the following:
- Football:
- Undergarments (any compression fit tops must be White)
- White athletic socks
- Turf shoes (the league has a limited selection of mildly used cleats available for those that need them)
- Optional equipment such as gloves, arm pads and clear face shields
- Cheer & Football:
- Pictures
- End of Season Party
- Team Trophies if the team desires
EQUIPMENT HANDOUTS
Due to issues with collecting registration fees in the past, this season we will no longer handout gear unless your registration fee has been paid. If needed we will collect your fees when you come to pick-up your gear.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Participants must live or go to school in the Hillsboro High School boundaries (entering in the fall of 2012). Note: not JUST the Hillsboro School District. The boundaries can be found here under "Feeder School Maps" on the left-hand side of the web page. Feeder Schools include: Brookwood, Farmington View, Groner, Minter Bridge, Rosedale, South Meadows, Witch Hazel and WL Henry.
If you live in the boundaries of other high schools you should register with their youth program. A list of all youth programs in the Tualatin Valley Youth Football League can be found here: http://tvyfl.org/divisions/.
AGES
Football: 3rd - 8th Graders (2nd Graders are allowed with a waiver)
Cheerleading: 2nd - 8th Grade
ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS
HYFL uses online registration. Registering online saves our small volunteer staff countless hours in effort. Your player is not registered until you sign and submit all of your player's paperwork AND make a payment. Online registration begins March 1st.
PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plans are available for your athlete's tuition. Select the Payment Plan option when paying for the registration; $75 is due now and the rest will be deducted monthly from your Credit Card automatically. Note, there is a $2 service fee per payment for this option.
SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS
Hilhi Youth Football and Cheer offers the ability to fundraise the tuition cost for those families with the greatest needs. Our goal is to accept every applicant who wants to participate. Approved applicants are required to offset the tuition through additional fundraising that is equal to the tuition fee. Complete the Scholarship Form.
HYFL TUITION REFUND POLICY
HYFA incurs operating costs immediately upon registration of a participant. If no other costs are incurred there will be a $25.00 processing fee to process a refund. Between registration and August 1st you may receive a refund of the tuition less the $25.00 processing fee and $60.00 for camp fees plus other costs incurred. There will be no refunds after August 1st. Questions regarding refunds may be sent to the league president.
