Grievance Form
Grievance Procedure:
Football is an emotional sport and often brings out emotions in the players, parents and coaches. This grievance procedure should be used to resolve issues that can’t be resolved in any other manner. Keep in mind that all the coaches and their staff members are volunteers (parents just like you). We ask that you
1. Make an appointment through the team mom to talk to the coach or send the coach an email with your concern. DO NOT approach the coach or coaching staff on game-day or during practice.
2. If you still don’t think your concerns have been adequately addressed you can complete the grievance form on this page. Grievances will be addressed by a designated member of the board of directors and a decision will be announced after the board designee has completed their investigation and made a finding.
3. Decisions by the board are final and not subject to appeal.
