HILHI YOUTH FOOTBALL FUNDRAISER'S 2010

The expenses for our growing youth football program are considerable.  We are a football community completely run by volunteers.  We try very hard to hold down the costs of the program to allow more families to participate. By fundraising we are able to offset the cost of equipment, uniforms and field maintenance. HilHi Youth Football has one of the lowest registration fees in the district due to our fundraising efforts. A big thanks goes out to you parents and caregivers for your support and diligence in making 2009 another safe and wonderful season for all. This years fundraiser's will be:

PDP Sponsorship Letters – You will receive 10 sponsorship letters per family during the first week of practice. Address these letters to relatives, friends, business associates, and others who would be happy to provide support for this year’s football program (Do not mail them). Return the 10 letters to your coach by the date signified on the fundraising packet handout. Parents are not asked to contribute, only to assist your player with the decision of who to send them to. These letters will be sent out first class and all sponsor names will be kept confidential and off mailing lists. Thank you notes are also sent out to all who sponsor.

Entertainment 2010 books – We are pleased to announce that we have the opportunity to sell the 2010 Entertainment books. This has been a very successful fundraiser in the past and with your support it will be another huge success! We are also selling out-of-state books, so they make a wonderful gift for anyone. Each member will receive a display Entertainment Book and an order form during the first week of practice. This book can be used to show the discounts and must be returned or paid for when your order form is turned in. All funds are required on the day of turn in, so make sure you collect the money up front.

A Message from the League

Hilhi Youth Football League is totally supported by player tuition, fundraiser's, donations and sponsors.  We are a non-profit corporation staffed completely by volunteers from the community.  This year, more than any other we are challenged by the realities of the worsening economy.  We want to make this program available to any child that wishes to participate.  

In order to keep this program affordable for all we have four main fundraiser's during the year.  The first is the annual golf tournament held in June, Fireworks sales, Entertainment book sales and PDP mailers.  We require that each family completes their 10 PDP’s and sells 5 Entertainment books.  Without these fundraiser's we cannot sustain the league and we would have to raise the fees.

Any family who wishes to opt out of the fundraising efforts may do so by paying additional tuition of $50.00 for the Entertainment book sales and $50.00 for opting out of the PDP flyers.   If you wish to opt out please contact the league registrar.
