ISSUED UNIFORM: The following items are included in your registration fee: Cheer Shell, Cheer Skirt, Liner, Spanks, Warm Up Gear, 2 Practice Shirts, Cheer Shoes, Pom Poms, & Bow. The Cheer Shell, Cheer Skirt, Liner and Pom Poms are the property of Hilhi Youth Football Association. They must be used for Hilhi Youth Football Association activities only and returned at the end of the season. A replacement cost of $150 will be charged if the issued uniform is not returned by November 16th. Cheerleaders may keep the rest of their gear.

The items from Omni Cheer must be the specified approved items, detailed in the Gear Packet document below.
They need to be ordered BY July 10th to have in time for practice/Spartan Camp. It is suggested to order gear at time of registration as this is a busy time of year for orders.
GAME DAY: Cheerleaders are to wear their full uniform, as directed by their coach, and always bring their cheer bag with all of their gear. This includes: shell, skirt, spanx/brief, liner, sports bra, shoes, socks, hair bows, jacket, warm ups and pom poms. The cheer coach will make the onsite decision if they will wear the warm ups or the liner, depending on weather. It is important that all cheerleaders are wearing the same uniform. If a cheerleader is not in full uniform, they will not be allowed to participate in that game.
PRACTICE: Only approved Cheer practice shirts, shorts and shoes, specified in the Gear Packet, must be worn for practice. The cheerleader will be asked to sit out, if they do not have the proper practice attire.
UNIFORM RESPONSIBILITY: Participants are responsible for the care and cleaning of their issued uniform, after each game, and also represent Hilhi Youth Cheer when wearing the uniform. Personalization of the uniform is not allowed. Washing instructions provided on the labels must be followed. The cheerleader/parent, at their own expense, must replace any uniform pieces/accessories that are ruined, lost, or stolen. This includes the cost to replace the item (if possible), in addition to any shipping/rush costs associated with getting the item in time for games/competitions. For the issued uniform, you are required to return the uniform cleaned; HYFA will bill $50 for uniforms returned without cleaning or with stains. Please remember: This uniform will be issued to another athlete next season. Return your uniform in the condition you would like to receive it.
