Team Managers, Weigh-Masters, and any other consistent volunteers in direct contact with players must do the following: 

1) REGISTER ONLINE: 2023 TVYFL Staff Registration 

2) BACKGROUND CHECK: Link will be emailed after registration is completed.

3) COMPLETE ABUSE PREVENTION TRAINING: Included with Registration - Link will be sent via email or you can check your Sports Engine account.  This is an ONLINE training. 

• Be prepared to dedicate a little over an hour into this training. This can be done altogether or at different times. There is no skipping or fast-forwarding sections.
• If you are a returning coach/staff and have been previously certified, your account should be recognized and will just need to complete re-certification.  Training valid for 2 years.

You will receive a Certificate upon completion. It will be emailed to you.  Please email it to registrar@hilhiyouthfootball.com once complete. 

4) ATTEND HYFA TRAININGS/MEETINGS

• STAFF COORDINATOR MEETING
  • August 23rd, 6pm @ Hilhi

5) COMPLETE ANY REQUIRED TVYFL TRAINING

• Weighmaster Training (Online Course)
• Other - TBD

All training & certifications must be completed and verified before you can take the field!
